Receiving payouts

Once client paid the invoice, funds are immediately deposited into your account. According to project contract, each client can request a refund until the next 7 US business days after the payment.

Transferring funds to your bank account

After the 7 days of refund period, you will see the funds in “Available Balance” column of transactions page, click Withdraw Funds button to transfer an amount you selected to your bank account or keep there to reduce transaction & foreign exchange costs.

Sending a refund

You can make refunds in case of misunderstandings or disagreements to protect your reputation. Click to Make a refund button, select recent workroom and invoice to start refund process.
